Only the Seventh Street pool is currently equipped for fob entry. The Lake Street pool is not yet set up for fob access. Residents using this pool will need to sign in at the lifeguard shack.

The Seventh Street pool will operate as a swim-at-your-own risk facility this season. NO lifeguards on duty! Scan fob and pull gate to enter. 

7th Street Pool - Open 6:30 AM to 8:30 PM

Closed Monday for cleaning

It will be open through the end of October.

Lake Pool - The Lake Pool is open Saturday and Sunday only from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. (for entry, present your ID and sign-in at the lifeguard shack). The pool will close for the season after September 7th.

Closed Tuesday for cleaning

To receive pool and/or tennis court fob access, all residents must complete the liability waiver (click here) and email it to sugarmilltennis@gmail.com.  Once your account is verified and assessments are paid, fob pickup instructions will be provided.
